Ciudad Juarez is a Mexican city which is near El Paso, TX, on the opposite side of the U.S./Mexico border. Since the adoption of the North American Free Trade Agreement, Ciudad Juarez has become a hub for international manufacturing, with a number of American firms opening plants there to take advantage of the city's large work force and wages far lower than their American counterparts would claim. However, Ciudad Juarez has also become known for something other than business -- since 1994, over 200 women have disappeared in the city, and a large number of them have been later found brutally murdered and left in shallow graves in the desert on the outskirts of town. Missing Young Woman is a documentary that examines this chilling crime spree, and the inability (or lack of inclination) of police to find the culprit. For some time, the police had pointed to an Egyptian immigrant as a likely suspect, but that man went behind bars -- and the killings and disappearances failed to stop. Director Lourdes Portillo also explores the theory that the arrival of American industry into Ciudad Juarez may have some link to the murders. In 1977, documentary filmmaker Arthur Dong was attacked by four youths who shouted anti-gay epithets at him as they beat him severely. This incident led Dong to a long personal investigation of the reasoning and motivations behind gay bashing; this film was the culmination of Dong's study of homophobic violence, in which he interviews seven men convicted of murder in hate crimes against homosexuals as they try to explain why and how they did what they did. The stories range from men who believed that gays were wealthy and weak, and therefore easy targets for robbery and murder, to others who are convinced that God has condemned homosexuals and that they were somehow doing "the Lord's work." Several other men said that their murders of gay men stemmed from shame and confusion over their own latent or active homosexual desires, and one man simply and chillingly states, "I don't have any opinion whatsoever for homosexuals, except they oughta all be taken care of." Long awaited third sequel is here. After nearly 20 years spent in prison for the crime(s) they did not commit, Jason Baldwin, Damien Wayne Echols and Jessie Miskelly are free by plaguing guilty to the crime. This is by far the most interesting documentary of the Paradise Lost serial as the information that is presented to the viewer is simply incredible. I could write tons of text about it and but I won't simply because I want you to experience it for yourself. Don't miss this gem of cruel reality.

On October 12th 1978 New York Police discovered the lifeless body of a 20 year-old woman, slumped under the bathroom sink in a hotel room. She was dressed in her underwear and had bled to death from a stab wound. The woman was Nancy Spungen, an ex-prostitute, sometimes stripper, heroin addict, and girlfriend of Sex Pistols' bassist Sid Vicious. In a trial by tabloid newspapers Vicious was pronounced guilty before noon the following day. But the case never had the chance to be brought to trial, and a number of New York cops weren't convinced. Less than six months later in a flat in New York's Greenwich Village, Sid, himself aged only 21, died of a heroin overdose. For the next 28 years the assumption was that Sid did it - case closed. Over time, the death of Sid and Nancy has passed into rock legend and has only added to the controversial and notorious image of the Sex Pistols and punk music. Albert Henry DeSalvo (September 3, 1931 - November 25, 1973) was a criminal in Boston, Massachusetts, United States who confessed to being the "Boston Strangler", the murderer of 13 women in the Boston area. His confession has been disputed, and debate continues regarding which crimes DeSalvo actually committed. Between June 14, 1962 and January 4, 1964, 13 single women between the ages of 19 and 85 were murdered in the Boston area; they were eventually tied to the Boston Strangler. Most of the women were sexually assaulted in their apartments, then strangled with articles of clothing. The eldest victim died of a heart attack. Two others were stabbed to death, one of whom was also badly beaten. Though only two murders on his part were proven, he gained great infamy due to necrophiliac behavior (which involved the skinning of his murder victims and exhumed corpses, the decoration of his home with parts of corpses, and the creation of articles of clothing and furniture from the skin of corpses). Although he is considered to have engaged in necrophiliac behavior, there is no significant evidence to prove that he engaged in sex with the corpses. Besides the death of his brother in 1944 under mysterious circumstances, six people disappeared from the Wisconsin towns of La Crosse and Plainfield between 1947 and 1957.  Ed Gein was the inspiration for Alfred Hitchcock and of course for the movie Texas Chainsaw Massacre.

Shortly after his arrest in 1977, Berkowitz confessed to killing six people and wounding seven others in the course of eight shootings in New York City between 1976 and 1977. He has been imprisoned for the crimes since 1977. The crimes had terrorized New York for a year. Berkowitz subsequently claimed that a neighbor's dog was possessed by a demon that commanded Berkowitz to kill.

Berkowitz later amended his confession to claim he was the shooter in only two incidents, personally killing three people and wounding a fourth. The other victims were killed, Berkowitz claimed, by members of a violent Satanic cult of which he was a member. This documentary describes everything that you want to know about this man, everything from his childhood to his beginnings of mad killing spree. Here you will see a very vivid description of his most famous killing. A little girl by the name of Grace Budd that he ate and than after 6 years sent a letter to her parents admitting that he has killed and eaten her, fully describing that act. Albert Fish was known as The Gray Man, Werewolf of Wysteria, The Brooklyn Vampire and The Boogeyman. I strongly recommend this documentary. A true must watch!

This doc is SUPERB! If you miss it you will regret it for sure. The movie details an Internet love triangle which resulted in internet homicide, in a case called the “Internet Chatroom Murder”. Thomas Montgomery, a 47-year-old married man, who pled guilty to murdering his co-worker, 22-year-old Brian Barrett. The two men were involved in a love triangle with “Jessi”, a beautiful 17 year old (screen name: talhotblond) that neither one of them have never met! Real masterpiece with so much details and a truly complex story that keeps you needled down on your chair while watching!
